When on #PMS / #Periods – say hi to your womb – get plenty of rest – have one drink instead of two – scream into a pillow – laugh about your PMS-self like if it was just another akward Daria character from the 90s (or maybe Helga from Hey Arnold) – call your friends and cry – skip tampons, try cups or period panties so u can bleed free – remember it’s not your life/job/partner/flat/ that sucks, it’s only the hormones – Bananas – use your period as an excuse to really do sth for yourself (period paintings f.e. are wild) – masturbate the pain away – eat spicy so your mind has better things to do than paying attention to cramps – get off your butt, even a little – sports no matter how much u hate it – maybe CBD – don’t even think about wearing tight trousers, hang loose – choose sleep over binge watching – stay hydrated (with selfmade ice tea) – eat whatever u want as much as u want (eventhough everyone screams no sugar) – instead of pretending it isn’t real, lean in and accept the madness (no guarantee as this is my very personal survival guide, any further hacks super welcome )
