As I realized that so many of you already are sharing all the important and educational works (everyone of us should read) about race, racism and white supremacy by authors like @alice_haruko, @tupoka.o or @renieddolodge, for now I want to add 10 brilliant contemporary fiction books and essays in support of Black literature. I listened to @jessreadit who said: „Please remember that we have Black authors of YA books, Romance, Fantasy, Fiction and many more genres. (…) It’s disheartening when I feel like people associate Black Authors to only books about slavery, racism, trauma, etc.“ It’s very much not that they need my recommendation. It’s just a little reminder to #DiversifyYourReading ️
